Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (ghee, gur, honey, etc.), we follow a strict return policy:

Returns are not accepted unless the product is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect item delivered
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Important Condition

📢 Please record an unboxing (opening) video within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Complaints without video proof will not be accepted.

The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process
The condition of the product
Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process any replacement or refund request.
📢 Important Safety Guidelines for Secure Delivery

To ensure a safe shopping experience, Rishi Kart requests you to follow these important guidelines:

🔐 Do Not Share OTP:
No OTP is required to receive your parcel. Never share any OTP or confidential code with anyone.

📦 Verify Delivery:
Please check the parcel properly at the time of delivery before accepting it.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD):
If your order is COD, make the payment only after receiving the parcel.

💳 Payment Awareness:
Confirm whether your order is prepaid or COD. If already prepaid, do not pay again at delivery.

🚫 Avoid Unknown Links & Charges:
Do not click on unknown links or pay any extra advance charges for delivery.

💳 Refund Policy
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable or as requested by the customer.
